As you know, I track this project pretty much by visiting the participating blogs, and looking for relevant posts. This means that the more each blog owner does to highlight those posts, the easier my job is. All I really need to be able to see is (i) is a post part of the Six by Six project and (ii) which of your six selected games does the post fit under. Most of the time the answers to these are obvious, but sometimes the second one isn't, as some people have selected broad categories to work with. So if it appears I've missed some of your posts, that's probably the reason. I'm good and I can even make logical deductions sometimes, but I'm not psychic. Maybe if I run this project in 2018 I'll come up with some way for people to code or tag their game reports in order to make it easier for me. And be fairly strict about enforcing it when I come to check people's entries for this post and the master list.
Anyway, my month has been spent playing Machinas, because that's the game we ran at MOAB this year, and I had things to get ready for it. I managed four games, and that completed that part of the challenge. My personal featured game of the month is therefore the sessions we ran at MOAB on the very last day of September
Otherwise this month has been quiet. A few people are reaching the end of their challenge, though. Peter at Grid-Based Wargaming is one, with only two games left to play. He played some Galleys & Galleons this month:
Meanwhile Shaun has added a new game to his list; a rather intriguing boardgames called Battlestations.
And since I started with cars, lets end with some, in Dan's 'Mad Dogs With Guns' game, that last in that particular set of six.
We're into the last quarter of the year now! The finish-line is in sight.
