Positional Defence

On Saturday evening I set up another game of the cobbled-together 'Twilight of the Sun-King' rules I'd picked up off the 'net. This time I played the classic Grant 'Positional Defence' scenario. It looked lovely, and lasted ... not long. The attacking Swedes had rubbish activation rolls, whilst the Russians rolled great morale. But, as I say, it looked nice, and it played well despite the frustrations, so I'll just leave you with some pictures.

  2. So you'd recommend Charles S. Grant's 'Scenarios For Wargames'?

    1. Yes. I've actually had it for years and it's a great source of ideas and pick-up games.
